Neoweave is a Web3 platform that connects open-source contributors with maintainers by turning GitHub issues into crypto-backed bounties, enabling developers to earn cryptocurrency when they solve real tasks on repositories they love. It provides a unified dashboard for discovering, filtering, and engaging with projects, tracking contributions, and claiming rewards — all within an intuitive interface tailored for modern developers
problem statement
Despite the explosive growth of open-source development, contributors often work without financial incentive and struggle to find meaningful paid tasks, while maintainers face bottlenecks in getting issues resolved in a timely, high-quality manner. Traditional contribution workflows lack discoverability, clear reward mechanisms, and efficient tracking — making it hard for skilled developers to monetize their work and for maintainers to attract talent.

To address this, I designed a comprehensive dashboard overhaul for Neoweave that brings clarity, motivation, and efficiency to the bounty ecosystem. This included 40+ screens covering key user flows:

Real-time metrics for total bounties, live tasks, and unclaimed rewards.
Smart filters and contributor profiles to match developers with relevant issues.
